The challenge
A batch of 100 industrial bearings needed packaging that protected each item, kept the load stable in transit and remained straightforward to handle at the destination.
Our solution
Timber packaging was designed around the dimensions and weight of the bearings so that each item was held securely, with the case built to suit the handling method used at both ends of the journey.
Manufacturing
The case and its internal protection were made around the batch so the bearings could be positioned securely for handling and transport.
The result
The bearings were packed, secured and prepared for transport as a single, stable consignment.
