Biffy Boxes are our collapsible packaging boxes and cases, available in 5mm, 6mm and 9mm plywood and manufactured to your own specifications.
Collapsible plywood packaging
Biffy Boxes have been part of the Basingstoke Packaging range for many years. They are collapsible plywood boxes and cases, which means they can be supplied flat and assembled when they are needed, and taken down again after use where that suits the way you handle packaging.
Like the rest of our timber packaging, Biffy Boxes are manufactured to your own specifications — send us the internal dimensions you need, or the dimensions of the item going inside, and we will quote.
Available plywood thicknesses
- 5mm plywood — Collapsible cases in 5mm plywood.
- 6mm plywood — Collapsible cases in 6mm plywood.
- 9mm plywood — Cases in 9mm plywood.
We do not hold a fixed catalogue of Biffy Box sizes. Tell us the dimensions and quantity required and we will quote to your specification.
Prototype through to high volume
We supply from prototype quantities through to high volume. For contract or larger volume orders we can offer a call-off facility so supplies arrive as you need them.
