Made to your requirements, not to a catalogue

Standard pallets suit standard loads. When an item is heavy, long, unbalanced or an unusual shape, a pallet or skid made to suit it keeps the load stable and gives forklift or crane operators something predictable to work with.

All of our pallets are manufactured to your own specifications. Send us the dimensions of the item or the pallet size you need. A representative can also call and measure the item for you.

Materials

• Softwood pallets — Pallets manufactured in softwood.
• Plywood pallets — Pallets manufactured in plywood — 9mm or 12mm.

Configurations

• 2-way entry pallets — Entry from two sides for forklift or pallet-truck handling.
• 4-way entry pallets — Entry from all four sides where handling direction cannot be fixed.
• Slatted pallets — A slatted deck, with the board spacing set to suit the load.
• Fully boarded pallets — A closed deck for loads that need continuous support across the surface.

• Heavy-duty bearers for concentrated loads
• Skids sized to machinery footprints
• Heat-treated timber for export consignments
• Repeat production to an agreed specification
• Prototype quantities through to high volume, with call-off facility where appropriate
