Wooden Crates & Packing Cases

Built to the item, not to a catalogue

A case that is too large lets the contents move; one that is too small cannot be packed properly. We work from the measurements of your product, so the packaging fits the item and suits the way it will be lifted, stacked and shipped.

Our bespoke wooden crates are made in Thatcham for customers across Berkshire, Hampshire and the wider UK. For export, crates are built from ISPM 15 heat-treated timber, with foam-lined interiors or blue waterproof paper lining for sea freight — see export packaging.

Cases can be closed and sheeted for protection, or built as open crates where access and visibility matter more. Internal bracing, blocking and soft packaging materials hold the contents in place in transit.

Biffy Boxes

Biffy Boxes are our collapsible packaging boxes and cases, available in 5mm, 6mm and 9mm plywood. They have been part of our range for many years and are made to your own specifications like the rest of our packaging.

Quantities and repeat supply

We supply from prototype quantities through to high volume. For contract or large volume orders we can offer a call-off facility, so supplies arrive as you need them.
