Pallets and skids made to non-standard dimensions so awkward loads could be handled and moved safely.
The challenge
Standard pallet sizes did not suit the load, so handling was difficult and the product was not properly supported.
Our solution
Pallets and skids were manufactured to the dimensions of the load, with bearer positions set to suit forklift access.
Manufacturing
Bearer positions and deck construction were set out around the footprint of the load and the required forklift entry.
The result
The load could be lifted, moved and stored on a suitable base.
