Vacuum sealed packaging for machinery, equipment and components — used on its own or combined with the timber case, crate or pallet we build around the item.
A specialist packing service
Vacuum sealing is one of the specialist packing services we offer alongside manufacturing timber packaging. The product is sealed and then packed into the case, crate or pallet built for it, so the sealed item is protected physically as well.
Vacuum sealing can be carried out at our premises as part of off-site packing, or at your premises as part of on-site packing where the item cannot easily be moved first.

Specialist packaging capabilities
- Vacuum sealed packaging — Products sealed before they are cased, as part of the packaging we build around them.
- Waterproof paper lining — Softwood cases lined with waterproof paper — the construction we use for sea freight.
- Foam protection — Foam used to cushion and support the product inside its case.
- Internal foam fittings — Foam fittings shaped so the product sits in one position and stays there.
- Foam-lined packaging — Cases and boxes lined with foam to protect finished surfaces.
